“Don’t try to create the 100-per cent solution, but start quickly, create prototypes or minimal viable products, learn from experience and customer feedback – and continuously optimise your long-term roadmap based on that feedback and experience,” and “simultaneously execute your mid- and long-term roadmap – for instance, drive a broader IT transformation to create the backend you need to power large-scale IoT implementations”.
